Introduction
We are a Grade II listed early 19th Century home. The geography and style of our home does not make it easy to make reasonable adjustments without compromising the integrity of the building.
Pre-Arrival
If travelling by public transport the number 362 and 363 bus service can be picked up from Gt Malvern Rail Station and Gt Malvern town centre. The bus stops outside our premises
Free pick-up and return service by car from rail station is usually available on request.
Arrival & Car Parking Facilities
Parking is on-site
Two spaces available.
Assistance is available from car to premises although it is a short distance.
The forecourt is block paved and on a slight incline
The forecourt is illuminated at night
There are 2 steps down to the front door from the car park ( 5" / 7cm and 7" / 18cm)
Main Entrance, Reception
The front door is side hung and wide. Press bell on arrival.
The reception hall has pew seat for resting and well lit incl natural lighting.
The reception is on one level.
There is a WC on this level for convenient use on arrival and so that guests do not need to return to their room when on this level
Public Areas - Hall, Stairs, Landing, Corridors etc
The lounge and dining room are all on one level with reception.
Flooring is bare boards and rugs
The stairs up to the bedrooms are 14 in number with a turn ( steps are 7" / 18cm ). The stairs are carpeted ( Cord)
A temporary induction loop can be made available by prior arrangement
